Conditions

1 · Nature of the platform

The CTDMM Master OS is an internal educational and research environment. All engines, scores, signals, simulations and reports are experimental research artifacts, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

2 · Eligibility and access

Access requires an authenticated account. Accounts are personal; credentials, sessions and API or agent tokens must not be shared, resold or transferred.

3 · Permitted use

Use is limited to personal study, internal research and evaluation. You may not scrape, mirror, resell, white-label or redistribute platform output as a commercial product or advisory service.

4 · Prohibited conduct

No unlawful use, market manipulation, unauthorised access attempts, reverse engineering of protected logic, automated abuse of feeds, or uploading of malicious content.

5 · Enforcement and bans

CTDMM reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently ban any account found to breach these Terms, at its sole discretion, without notice and without refund.

6 · Third-party data

Market, seismic, weather and news telemetry originates from third-party public sources. CTDMM does not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of any feed.

7 · Availability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Chambers, engines and endpoints may change, degrade or be withdrawn at any time.

8 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTDMM is not liable for any loss, damage or trading outcome arising from use of, or reliance upon, this platform.

9 · Amendment

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
